Training sessions are on Thursday's 5:30 - 7:30pm.
Our Under 14's are offered for school years 8 & 9.

Player Information
Join us for coaching and tailored training sessions for all skill levels. Our diverse match opportunities offer competitive matches for players of all ages.
All players are required to;
- Make an annual affiliation payment directly to Wales Netball.
- Complete all player information forms and sign policies (section below - Players under the age of 16 require an appropriate adult to fill these out and give consent).
- Ensure monthly direct debit training fees are set up for the 1st of every month.

Tournament / Match Dates for the diary
Our Junior season typically runs between September and May.
Tournament matches are held once a month on a Sunday, times vary each month.
Tournament / match dates and venues will be added here towards the start of the season once released by the league.
Our Club Kit Shop
We are fortunate enough to have access to our own online club shop with Reflex Embroidery, Tredegar. There is a range of training wear, and bags available to purchase. Club dresses are worn for matches
We encourage all players to purchase purple training tops to wear to training sessions, and welcome all parents to also purchase one to wear when supporting the children on their match days.

UNDER 8’s & 10’s - School Years 2-5
Training sessions are on Thursday's 4:30 - 5:30pm.

UNDER 11’s, 12's, 14's - School Year 6, 7, 8 & 9
Training sessions are on Thursday's 5:30pm - 6:30pm.
Tournament matches are held once a month on a Sunday, times vary each month.
The new season is due to start Thursday 12th September 2024.
UNDER 16’s - School Years 10 + 11
Training sessions are on Thursday's 6:30 - 7:30pm.
Tournament matches are held once a month on a Sunday, times vary each month.
The new season is due to start Thursday 12th September 2024.
SENIORS
Our Senior section currently operates with 3 Teams within different divisions.
1x Social Team
1x Team in SEW Divison 4
1x Team in SEW Divison 1
Training sessions are on Thursday's 7pm - 9pm.
Social Matches are every Tuesday evening in Newbridge Leisure Centre. Times can vary of 40 minute blocks between 7pm - 9pm.
Division 4 matches are currently held in Pontypool Leisure centre on Saturdays. Times can vary between 9am - 5pm finish.
Division 1 matches are currently held weekly in Cwmbran Stadium on Monday evenings between 6pm - 10pm finish.
